MEANINGFUL MAY MONTHLY WELLBEING CALENDAR
Welcome back! Thank you for joining us for another month of wellbeing and mindfulness thanks to our Workplace Wellbeing Committee at Trigon Hotels. This month, we are sharing the Action For Happiness Wellbeing Calendar with you all.
A firm favourite amongst our teams, you will find these calendars in nearly every department and office each month. But seeing as we’re al working from home, we’re sharing the calendar virtually for everyone to access.
You can participate in all these activities while adhering to government guidelines, or feel free to create your own version of this calendar. The idea is to mark off each activity as you complete it, each day, contributing a little more towards creating a better self and a better community.
