I started my Cork International Hotel journey in June 2007, full of nerves and excitement. I started as a receptionist and worked my way up as Assistant Front Manager and Duty Manager. What makes the workplace so special, is the friendship and camaraderie amongst the team members. We are like a family, we protect and mind one and another, if someone is struggling, we pick them up. I am so proud to say that I work at the Cork International Hotel and represent the hotel in my daily life.

Roger Russell - General Manager (Metropole)

I started working in The Metropole since 1999 as Beverage Manager and have held different management positions before becoming General Manager in 2008. All our team members are valued as individuals with personalised training plans focussed on ensuring that each member reaches their potential. I enjoy working at The Cork International Hotel because it is a great place to work and all the staff members are great to work with.
