Did you know, that we have over 100 regular guests at Cork International Hotel that stay for business on business? While many of our Front Desk team are on a first name basis with you, we want to extend that to more of our team.
Business Socials For 2020
We are committed to getting to know our loyal guests this year and show you our appreciation that you continually choose to stay with us. This year, following feedback from our guests, we are introducing our Business Socials! Once a month, we will host a Business Social, where we invite you and your colleagues staying with us to join us for some wine and nibbles after you check in. It’s a lovely opportunity to say hello, relax, enjoying some wine . We held our first event the second week in February and it was a great success, we loved meeting some of you who spend almost as much time here as we do, and getting to chat to you. It was fantastic to see so many of our regular guests meet one another and exchange business cards also, we are delighted to see new connections being made. Introducing Our Loyalty Card
Whether you stay once a month, or once a week, I am sure Sarah makes sure you are in your favourite room or Zaka makes sure you have your favourite seat in the New Yorker. Your loyalty gives us the opportunity to welcome you back as friends, but don’t hesitate to leave us some feedback so we can better tailor your next visit.
We strive to show you our appreciation with our Loyalty Recognition Programme and for the last year we have been surprising you on landmark stays. This year we are going a step further and introducing our Loyalty Card, which you can keep and be as involved in the process as we are. I often remark to new team members or first time guests that this is like two different hotels in one at Cork International Hotel. Our Weekends here are a family paradise – have you noticed the playroom and cinema room upstairs? Our Sunday Buffet Lunch attracts families of all shapes and sizes here at lunch time and our New Yorker Menu has all the kids’ favourites! We would love to welcome you here on your downtime. Perhaps you’re catching a flight for a family holiday or trying to think of a family fun Irish break during the midterm?
