Ability At Work

Ability@Work is a dedicated supported employment service run by Cope Foundation which aims to bring young people with intellectual disabilities and /or autism closer to the labour market. This programme assists jobseekers at key transition points between education, training and employment.

This funded programme is available to young people 18-29 years.

At Trigon Hotels, we are proud to be an Ability@Work partner, woking with other organisations in Cork City to support young people with intellectual disabilities in their journey to find work. Together with Ability@Work, we are learning to make the transition to the working environment easier for young individuals with learning disabilities. Together, we are working to provide the necessary support, education and training to young people in the program. We actively assist Ability at Work with these endeavors by employing and providing training for their clients.
