IHF Wellbeing Support Programme

The Irish Hotels Federation (IHF), of which Trigon are members, has launched a new Health & Well-Being Support Programme for its members and their Teams.

The initial programme, which is being provided by Laya Healthcare, offers information and immediate access to professional support on a wide range of matters including anxiety and stress management, loss and bereavement, and physical health. IHF members also have exclusive access to a series of monthly seminars on topical issues.  This programme wants to make it easier for our members and their teams to access the right support and assistance, in confidence, that can help them to better manage their health and well-being.
