At Trigon Hotels, our Graduate and Leadership programmes are designed to give you real experience, real responsibility, and real support from the beginning. You won’t just observe how hospitality works — you will be part of it, learning on the job and building skills that last.
What is ASPIRE
ASPIRE is our structured development pathway, built to take you from graduate level through to leadership.
Over the course of the programme, you will rotate across key departments, work alongside experienced managers, and gain a full understanding of how a hotel operates, commercially and operationally.
You will not be confined to one role. You will explore, learn, and discover where your strengths really lie.
ASPIRE is built around three levels, supporting career development from your next step through to leadership.
Navigate is for those taking the next step in their career. Emerging Leader is designed for supervisors and mid-management roles, while Complete Leader supports those already in leadership or preparing to move into leadership roles.
Each level combines structured learning, practical application, and assessment, giving you the opportunity to develop professionally while working. As you complete each stage, you’ll earn a recognised qualification and graduate to the next level, creating a clear pathway for continuous learning and career progression.
How It Works

Alongside this, you will take part in structured learning, workshops, and mentoring, giving you both the practical and professional skills needed to progress with confidence.
